GM told me Be Mine! is bugged.

Finally opened a ticket after my 70th Love is in the Air giftbox across several characters. Zero candy bags.

I explained how this was odd considering that the candy bag is the only item you cannot obtain from handing in the gift sets to the cupid goblin guy. Eventually I was told that the current drop rate is something like 2% chance and its supposed to be much higher but ITS BUGGED.

With such a short event; is there any hope of seeing a hotfix before a ton of us get screwed out of our achievement progression?

I sincerely apologize for any confusion, Aeolyn, but I am unaware of any issues which would prevent you from obtaining a bag of candy when pledging your adoration. It is likely that you are having a string of unlucky gifts, friend.

With that being said, I do not see a petition opened regarding this particular question. Could you provide me the name and realm of the character used to submit the petition so that I may look further into this?

Hm. I'm afraid I do not see any recent petitions submitted on that character either, friend.

To be clear, I am unaware of any issues with the availability of this item. While I suppose it is possible, I have not heard of any such issues. Furthermore, I have verified that a number of players across several realms and battlegroups have been able to complete the "Be Mine" achievement and have received multiple bags of candy.

Sadly, given the information provided, I have been unable to locate the petition in question. My apologies for any confusion, nonetheless.

I'll be sure to keep my eye out for similar reports and additional information from our various teams, but, as previously mentioned, this appears to be functioning as it was designed. I'm afraid that the decision on the drop rates of items such as this is outside of the purview of the Game Master staff; these decisions were made by our developers. If you'd like to see the drop rates increased, I encourage you to let your voice be heard by posting on the Suggestions Forum.
