Ok Blizzard, I know you've been reading these threads.

I amongst about 5-6 people had REPORTED a Level 80 Gnome Death Knight (Was told names weren't allowed to be used.... but it's not hard to figure out who it is) for using a third party bot program in Silithus to farm carapaces. In fact, he is doing it as we speak. Each and every one of use whom reported this issue never got to talk to a GM but yet we were chosen to "fill out a survey" and didn't even get to talk to someone.

I personally have been farming my rep along with a friend and have followed him, in fact, he is my own guildie and I think this is just wrong that he is totally exploiting and using an illegal program to farm his rep. His bot is designed for automated responses as well as emotes as he walks by someone. I am not sure the name of the program but he is definitely using it, even now, as I write this post.

It is highly unfair that our tickets seemed to be ignored and this person going unpunished for using this program as he still continues to farm rep. What is the point of even submitting a ticket when we don't even get to talk to someone at all?

Borean Tundra being the absolute last chance of a Scarab Lord title should go to those who've actually worked for it....

Well that's not true at all, you yourself spoke with a Game Master when you submitted a petition about this, Tarja.

Your report has been forwarded for proper investigation, Tarja, that is all you can do at the moment. If this person is using a third party program to automate his game play we will verify that and take appropriate actions.

Additional reports and shouting in General for others to report him as well will not speed up the process.

For allegedly using a third party program, Tarja, you don't know that for a fact so lets leave it up to the investigation. I should also note that you are not privy to transfer history either so I'd avoid assumptions there as well. :)

As long as you provide the name and alleged activity, Tarja, you don't need to speak with a Game Master, although in your case we certainly did. We wouldn't be able to provide you with any information regarding the issue except to say that it will be looked into, which is what the Game Master told you.

Thank you though for taking an interest in protecting the integrity of the game, it is certainly appreciated that if you find suspicious activity that you report it. <3
