Mutilate Rank 1 training missing

I am a level 56 Night Elf Rogue. When i go to train, i keep seeing that im not elligible for Mutilate Rank 2 becuase i dont have Mutilate Rank 1. However, mutilate rank 1 training is not an option in any of my trainers. Did i miss something or is this a glitch? I looked at all the training that ialready completed and its not there. Help Please!!!!

Mutilate Rank 2 require Level 50 and Mutilate Rank 1. I obviously have the 50, but cant find mutilate rank 1.

If you look here:
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/rogue/talents.html

You'll find that Mutilate is the 41 point talent for the Assassination tree. You have to get that talent before you can use Mutilate.
