Can Not Shift-Click

I am having a strange issue with ONLY this character, the 10th on my character sheet. All other characters are fine.

I can not perform any operations that require shift-clicking. I can't link items in guild or party chat, I can't split stacks of items, and I can't shift-right-click items to gem them. I also can't left-click on item links in guild or party chat from others.

I uninstalled all mods and renamed my WTF folder, no luck. I also checked my keybindings, they're all set to defaults.
