No diseases for Blood Boil is a HUGE mistake

While most of the QQ around the forums is on pestilence, many people have overlooked the change to blood boil.

Blood Boil is intended to be the general area attack, and has been changed to be castable on targets with no diseases on them, but does extra damage if diseases are present.

Blizzard, please think this through. Being able to use blood boil without diseases means that it is going to hit any and all targets within 30 yards, which will pull many unnecessary mobs in dungeons and raids alike. While frost and unholy won't suffer too much from not using blood boil, blood spec DK tanks will be forced to not use blood boil in many situations, which combined with the change to pestilence will render a blood tanks AoE threat from poor to non existant.

Please, just leave things the way they are now.

We thought BB needed to do a tiny bit of threat without diseases or a tank would need to do a disease and Pestilence first, which is a lot on AE pulls or with adds. We did reduce the area however.
