Yesterday while fighting Artruis to do this quest, I had Artruis down to about 30%. He un-shackled both Jaloot and Zepik. I began to attack Jaloot (I wanted to get exalted with Frenzyheart tribe first). I got Jaloot down to just a few hundred HP left, then Artruis shielded both Jaloot and Zepik. So at that point, all 3 NPCs were shielded. They were not, however, shackled. Jaloot proceeded to follow me out of the cave as I fled (no point attacking, immune to everything!). Eventually I got far enough and dropped combat.
I tried to re-engage him about an hour later and the same thing happened. I know if you pull Artruis too far he will evade bug, so I tried to just kill him without kiting both times.
Is this a new bug? I had heard this event was bugging before but in a different way. Server is Drak'Tharon. Thanks.
