It then ended here on the 26th page:

After 26 pages (with most post being constructive) and no real answer (except for GC kinda saying that "There are a lot of Warrior tanks, therefore they are balanced" and... "watch out for a ban"), I don't think this subject got all covered and answered properly.

So let's keep discussing it because, as I said, most posts were constructives and the concern is legitimate and deserve some real answers.

Voilà!

Please don't fish for blue responses. We have tried to make it clear that should not be your strategy for posting. As several other posters have pointed out, if you have made good arguments, then you have done your job. You don't need my comments to make yours legit.

We still are not convinced that warrior tanks are operating at some huge deficit compared to other tanks. There are going to be situations where one or the other classes are going to feel easier as tanks, just because the abilities and mechanics are still different despite all of our homogenization (and we really don't want to homogenize any more).

I think there are some quality of life issues we can improve for warriors. Heroic Strike is definitely one of them. It does its job in letting you convert excess rage to threat without consuming a global cooldown, but it requires a lot of extra button pushes. It is something we are discussing.

Q u o t e:
People fish for blue posts to know that you are aware and see if we can get an idea of what blue thoughts are on the issues. Otherwise we have no way of knowing.

I realize that, but it is not feasible nor even desirable for every post to be a one-on-one conversation with the developers. In this thread alone you can see players on opposite extremes of the argument, which is valuable for us to see. (And contrary to popular belief, seeing players disagree does not mean that we always conclude "Nope, no problem here.")

If you have made a post, then I promise we are aware. We may not always agree, which is where I think some players get frustrated that they "are being ignored."

As far as getting our thoughts on the issue, that is harder. You'll get our thoughts on some issues through these forums. Others you will see with patch notes or major class announcements. What we don't want to see is dozens of threads every day getting "bumped for a blue response." That is just not going to lead to a forum that anyone wants to read, including us.

I hope this doesn't derail the actual discussion in this thread, but it is probably worth mentioning every now and then.
