Character account transfer

any ways i was wandering since the gamers name to the accounts have to be the same and i wanted to transfer one one of my characters to this guy and this account has a different name well any ways my name is [Removed] and i was given the account by my cousin [Removed] but it is still under his name and i would like to change it to my name so how would i do this? =D
