ULL-DOO-AR is the closest . We say it in the BlizzCast so that might help too. :)

Why? Why would you split the U and A into separate syllables?

Do you pronounce "read" "Re-Add"?
Do you pronounce "Jeep" "Jee-Eep"?
Do you pronounce "pierce" "Pie-Earse"?

Makes no sense...

They roll together naturally enough. As I said, please feel free to listen to the BlizzCast. :) We probably say other things in there that people were curious about how they are pronounced.

They roll together naturally enough? it sounds like a [moderated] word imo in american language.

It's not exactly American now is it?

Probably, but it just sounds so wrong. Besides im still figuring out how to pronounce my own character name that the blizz random name generator thought of. =p

I think I'd be inclined to pronounce your name "Sir ell ah riss." But that''s just my take. :)

I am pretty impressed at your scheme to lure us to BlizzCast, Neth. Of all the insidious ways to tempt people into it, after years and years of slap fights in /p over how to pronounce the names of dungeons!

Well it's not so much a scheme, but it does stand to reason that if people listen to the casts, they might find some of the answers they're looking for even if it's just to hear how some things are pronounced.
