I could go for a nice, thick, juicy filet mignon right now. Slightly marinated, lightly drizzled with herb butter and with a subtle bernaise sauce on the side.

Actually, there's this amazing restaurant in the locality that does a mongolian barbecue type affair, but they serve seared kobe beef medallions, intended to be eaten rare unto raw.
They are subtle, slightly sweet, tend and incredibly delicious.
