Boss: Ok guys and gals we got a low population realm that has been terrible for 4 years. What do you say we finally do something about that.
Idiot 1: I got an idea...Lets open up free transfers to Scilla. Then fill it so that in less than 2 days it can be high population, have a queue greater than 30 minutes, lag the absolute hell out of everyone in all major cities causing loot problems and random disconnects. Then when those same players disconnect they have to wait to get back into the realm AGAIN.
Idiot 2: Why would we do that?
Idiot 1: So we can offer free transfer OFF of scilla the very next day.
