You should be able to get back in game Storm.
Are you trying to log into game, or into Account Management? Account Management will not let you back in until you've logged into game with the new password at least once after any type of suspension.

No I havent tried the game yet. I thought I had to wait for Account management to give the ok. I gone go try it now. Sorry just feigning bad to get back to my main account love my alt, but I miss my 80's.
Oh, no problem at all, this is actually a pretty common thing.
Entering the game actually updates everything else, if that makes any sense :).

Yea i can log on at last. One other note. I found out back in March 07 I disabled my account and left it disabled for 4 months while i was away over seas. My nephew reported that someone was using my account. When I got back I did noticed that a game card had been use for awhile. Is there anyway I can request my account name be changed. Also could be possible that I doing something in game thats causing this?
Account names are not changeable, no.
As to the particulars, only Account Administration will be able to address that I'm afraid. They are over all appeals, suspensions, actions - and the review and overturning of those.
Sounds like someone DID have access to your account - at least at one time. You might want to consider getting an authenticator for your account. That would put an absolute block on anyone else being able to get in. http://us.blizzard.com/store/browse.xml?f=c:6
