There are still a number of low-population PvP realms that could use love, along with a number of PvP realms with some big queues most nights. Our focus right now is to reduce the queues on the high-population realms while strengthening the concurrencies on low-population realms.
While I can understand the appeal of a fresh-start PvP realm, it's just not going to help us reach the above goals. In fact, it could take us further from those goals.
