Account Hacked - Need Immediate Assistance

Hello, I am posting on a friend's account because my main,
Markco of Onyxia (US) has been hacked.

I saw that my account was logged in and immediately changed my password. Unfortuneately the hacker somehow changed the email on my account and now I have no way of stopping him from doing w/e with my characters.

Please atleast turn off access to the account. If I'm lying Markco just doesn't get to log on today. If I am not lying then a hacker gets access to over 30k gold and five characters each with their own filled guild banks.

I also fear that the account has been hacked for multiple hours and a lot of damage has probably already been done. Please help!

If you need any sort of identification you could give me an email or something to send it to. I will call billing/services in three hours when they open. Please respond!

While the majority of the damage has probably already been done, it does appear to have odd access.

I suspect you'll also need this form along with the normal compromise instructions as well.

I'd recommend getting hold of billing immediately when they open today for a start.
