Death Knight Stuck in Acherus

I was on the Frost Drake quest in the starting area of the Death Knights.
I died. Multiple times. Then, due to a connection error, I was disconnected while I was still dead.
Later that night, when I tried to get on, I was stuck at the loading screen. I was then booted out of the game about a minute later with the message "No instance servers are available".
Now I can log in, but I am a ghost in Acherus and can't use the teleporter, I can't jump anywhere or off the railing, there is no spirit healer. What do I do?
My characters name is: Artorias and I am on StormScale.
Please, Help!
