Reporting Poor Customer Service

Dear Blizzard,

I reported a technical issue on the technical support forums here:

A blue poster: "Claudiog" answered within seconds and stated that I should change my subject line. Instead of helping me with my issue at hand at the SAME TIME he just brushed me off and asked that I create a second post.

I created a second post here:

and now It's falling off the first page with no answer.

This is very bad customer service. I used to manage Mastercard and if we told a customer he punched in the wrong mastercard number through the IVR and to call back the rep. would be fired. This is no different. This blue poster should of helped at the same time instead of complaining.

Now I am still stuck with this technical issue and have had 0 help.
