I Find This Quite Rediculous

during my time of playing on the free trial offer, i have encountered several different times when blizzard decides to perform maintenance on all the realms... excuse me? how often do you really need to do this crap? and really, do you need a whole 8 hours to fix something retarded? is this behaviour supposed to make me want to buy the game???? when i would spend so much money buying your game and then paying the over priced online fee and then you're gonna tell me that there are several instances a week where you guys have to shut down all the realms for hours sometimes the whole damn day, now that is just rediculous.... you think that is fair to your customers who are already shelling out more money to you guys than is deserved and you cant even give them a steady play time??? i have lost so much play time on my free trial since every time you people decide you need to shut down the realms and fart around for hours-that time you spent doing that was my prime-play time and then as soon as they were back up i could not play anymore that day. i find this to be just outrageous, how you people can shut down such a massive game for a whole freakin day and not care about the money you are actually "stealing" from your customers. hey lets face it, everybody has paid to play the game on the days you are performing maintenance but yet, they dont get to play alllllll day, because you guys are so lazy it takes a WHOLE 8 HOURS to get your stuff on track. do you give them some sort of refund for the days that people pay you money for and you just take it away from them? i dont think so, and i love this game, but i dont think its worth spending my hard-earned cash on it if this is the kind of unstable crap i am to expect all the time.
