Gretta the Arbiter daily quest not showing up

As in, the NPC in Storm Peaks who only gives one daily per day for the chance of getting the Polar Bear mount. She is currently not offering me a daily. Is this intended? I already did her previous daily - it isn't in my quest log. I have also completed the questline to get the dailies. It should be showing up, but it isn't.

Edit: a guildie just reminded me of this. I have NOT done the daily since the daily reset. I haven't been online in the past 24 hours, for sure.

It is likely that the daily is not one you have done the prerequisite for, Jeffg.

I can see one already that you have not done. Look around for other NPC's that may need tasks completed.
