I would like to show you somthing, i started a thread and have about 6 pages worth of very pist customers *CANCELED ACCOUNTS* due to the lack of blizzard support. 6 pages. 102 posts right now, looking at almost 100 canceled accounts, and thats just people who check the forums and feel like posting. that might count for a FRACTION of the actualy ammount of people your company is losing as a direct result of your actions. tisk tisk tisk

some say it wont matter because new people join every day. but we all know the ammount of people who are sick of wow and zero customer support in game and on the forums and with patches. greatly out weigh the numbers of people who will join the game.

here is the thread

http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=14637564785&sid=1

now i ask you, what does blizzard plan to do in regards to keeping their customers? keep up the way you are going and you could have a rather BIG problem on your hands. and in this time in america and in the world no company can afford to pull moves like what you are doing.

We aren't interested in petitions. They don't contain much information. It should be no surprise to anyone that we don't want players to cancel. On the other hand, it's hard to tell from someone's intent to cancel whether they are going to go through with it or not, and in any case, we can't be held hostage to tactics of "Do this or else." Buff my class or I'll cancel.
