Elder's of The Dungeons?

Dear, Blizzard Intertainment and Viewers:

I have found only Gun'Drak is Horoic required for the Elder.

Am i right?

If so how fair is that, I'm staying at 79,
I have already spent a ton of money on getting geared for 79 PvP.
How does that make it fair for me to achieve Elder's of The Dungeons, if i cant go into Horoic mode for the dungeon?
I think they should put all Elders in Non-Horoic Leveled Dungeons. "They can be in dungeons that can be set H" But you don't have to be on the Horoic Difficult.

I don't want to level myself one more time. I want to stay at 79.

Please fix this Blizzard, I'm sure allot of people feel the same because i have seen people complaining as i a now.

You guys fixed Mask of all Occasions, So please fix this one.
