Blackhand server is having issues loading instances tonight whether it be 5 classic, 5 man bc, any type of raid anything tonight it's busting, freezing you in the instance or even not loading it but making you stare at the screen for 10 minutes before it gives you: Transfer Aborted: instance not found error message.
After 2 tries of signing up, accepting the match and receiving a failure to load because the instance was not found, we noticed that we had received 2 losses and our ratings (ofcourse) had gone down.
No problem because i'm not the type of guy who strokes his epeen every time someone mentions hard or rough in the trade chat, however what i do hate is that the rating dropped SIGNIFI!%#%LY.
I demand a refund of my time - i demand a refund of my money (since i can't play half the game for half the month due to your failure to test your products before you release them, it reminds of me microsoft and their xbox 360.)
Restore me, or i will sue.

Interestingly enough - this is the exact same response i get from all the GM's in game (2 - 3 days after i open a ticket). POST ON THE SUGGESTION FORUMS!
Lawlz posting on the suggestion forums is like looking into a blackhole.
