Weapon Training in such not a legit way

So im on Ghostlands server, and attempting to get a few quest done. and I come up to two Alliance chars who are attacking Artuis the heartless. So I figure cool. they'll kill him and then i'll wait for respawn, Twenty minutes later their still doing the same thing. (well one of them stopped, not long after I shown up) but the other is still going at it...

This is just crazy. there are people waiting for this quest mob and he's just smacking him for skill points. I already sent in a ticket. I know a gm here cant help me. although i wish they could. So im just venting a little i guess... <sigh>
