"Transfer Aborted: Instance Not Found"

I dunno if this is the right place to post this...

But Suramar is having issues whereby you Q for a BG - try and enter it - and are stuck with a progress bar that does nothing.

Then you get kicked back to wherever you started from with the message "Transfer Aborted: Instance Not Found"

Any ideas what's going on?

If any of you are experiencing this issue on a realm other than Suramar, please let me know the name of your realm.

I'm currently looking into Suramar and will be updating you as more information becomes available.

Suramar Battlegrounds should be populating normally now, folks. Let me know if you have any further difficulties!

My apologies for the delay, Slipey. I informed our Technicians shortly after you made this report; however, I've been unable to offer a response as you might expect.

Battlegrounds and arenas found on all of the realms reported above should be accepting players, folks. Let me know if your realm is experiencing similar issues.

I sincerely apologize that you are experiencing difficulties zoning into instances, folks. Unfortunately, however, the "Additional instances cannot be launched" issue is a bit different than that which the above realms were experiencing earlier this morning. The messaging you are beginning to notice is the result of a large number of instances being launched by players participating in low level instances for various reasons (e.g. Lunar Festival achievements). We're currently monitoring this issue and hope to see improvements soon.

Again, you have my utmost apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

I sincerely apologize that this was not resolved sooner, everyone. I've contacted our Technicians once more regarding the realms: Suramar, Silvermoon, Baelgun and Aggramar. We will be looking into these concerns and making battlegrounds and arenas available for play as soon as possible.

Thank you all for remaining patient despite the obviously frustrating issue.

We are in the process of restarting Suramar, Silvermoon, Baelgun and Aggramar in an attempt to resolve this issue. Please let us know if you are still receiving this error after the realms have come back online.
