PTR Realm Maintenance - 9/24/14

Greetings All!

The PTR realms will be shutting down for maintenance in order to deploy a new build. I'll be updating this thread with information and time estimates as I receive them. I don't have an ETA yet, but these pushes usually take at least 8 hours, if not more.

I'll be leaving this thread open for general discussion as long as people remain civil and follow forum rules.

Realms are still up as of this post, but should be coming down shortly.

18927 is in the process of being pushed to your Battle.net Apps, restart your app if you're not prompted to download it within the next 15 minutes.

We're looking to have realms online in the next 15-30 minutes.

There is a known disconnect issue in this build, check out this post for further details.

Looks like we only pushed the beta to the app, following up now.

We're still in the process of deploying the PTR build to the Battle.net App, sorry to jump the gun initially.

I don't have an estimate to provide at the moment. We're still working on getting the build out to PTR. Thanks for being patient.

Let's try to keep the spam to a minimum to make it easier to see updates.

Looks like the build has been successfully deployed to the Battle.net app. Working to get the realms up now.

yep mine stuck on updating too, tried everything including pausing the live background. Nothing seems to help.

Still investigating into this. Is anybody still NOT able to update to 18927 after completing the Background Downloading for Live Retail? Trying to discern if this is an issue with the Background Downloader or something else.

Minor patch is in the process of being released to PTR/Beta. 18934. No downtime planned, although sometimes while pushes like this the realm may be updated before your app, or vice versa.

If you don't receive the 18934 update, I suggest pausing any other downloads on your app and restarting the app, making sure Agent.exe in the Task Manager properly closed.

If that doesn't work, let me know and we'll look into it. I may hit some of you up for some logs as well, but first lets see if you can update to 18934.
