This glyph is pretty much the most OP thing I've seen yet, considering what it is. For a few measly gold/silver it allows Paladin healers to get a free splash heal of 1-3k(depending on SP and crits) on 5 targets within a few yards of the main tank. With a bit of coordination this could mean the entire party in 5 mans, or anyone that needed it in 10-25 mans. Just run up to the tank and get free heals! This has vastly changed the way most paladins heal in the last few days, mostly going from a fair balance of healing depending on situations to solely spamming holy light as much as they can. It's bringing us down the the same level as some of the priests with 90% of their meters as CoH, who we complained about until it got nerfed, and now we're crying about our glyph being nerfed? Seriously, even though this thing is a "dumb" heal that hits 5 random people within range, it's still just about the same as CoH was pre-nerf, and it's still making up a huge portion of our meter numbers. Whats the solution? Get rid of the thing.
DIFFERENT CLASSES HAVE DIFFERENT ROLES IN RAIDS. GET USED TO IT.
-Paladins have always been single target healers. With beacon of light we are now dual target healers. We do not need something as powerful as this glyph, and if you do you need to seriously rethink how you are playing this class.
HEALING INVOLVES MORE THAN ONE SPELL, REGARDLESS OF CLASS.
-Spamming Holy Light, Circle of Healing, Wild Growth, or whatever else, is not the way to heal. If spells exist that allow you to do this and succeed so easily, they are OP.
Having it any other way is just wrong.
