Ghoul Summoning Glitch Death Knight Character

I know this is probably going to sound like a broken record, but are you running any mods, Barllak?
This sounds like a straight up UI issue - at least how you've described it.
Have you tried disabling your addons and resetting your UI? I'd also recommend rebooting after getting rid of or moving your WTF, Cache and Interface folders.

I'd still give resetting the UI a shot. Addons are the most common culprit of corruption there, but by no means the only way it can happen.
It's a good first step to rule that out as a potential issue. If you have no addons, that makes this practically painless.

Ok, in your WoW directory there are 3 file folders.
WTF, Cache and Interface
All you need to do is either delete those, move them - or rename them.
Restart WoW, and actually I normally recommend totally rebooting your system.
They will recreate fresh when you start WoW back up again.
If you are running Vista, you need to make sure the permissions are set so this actually happens. Sometimes Vista likes to undo changes >.<
