Good morning, all.
I frequently have to make a post in which I state that it's perfectly acceptable for players to be frustrated by an interruption in their service and gameplay. It looks like I need to make a similar post once again.
It
is okay to express your frustration; trust me, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to play. With that being said, however, we ask that
all players handle themselves civilly and be mindful of their fellow posters. We humbly request that you keep the following points in mind:
- Refrain from using obscene, vulgar or inappropriate language (masked or otherwise).
- Do not create multiple threads; keep discussion of this issue isolated to this thread.
- Avoid telling people how they should feel and let them express their frustrations if necessary.
- Requests for compensation and/or changes to the maintenance process should be posted on the Suggestions Forum.
Please keep in mind that while we may be unable to provide in-depth technical information or insight into development decisions, we -- the Representatives of the Customer Service Forum -- will do whatever possible to bring you the latest information regarding this maintenance period.
I appreciate the patience and understanding you all have demonstrated thus far, and sincerely hope to see you all in game as soon as possible.
