I believe the promise was: When I receive information I will pass it on, Sanina. I haven't received an update, that statement that you wish more would be done for this issue assumes you know what is going on.
I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused everyone, I can assure you that our Teams are working on a resolution and hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible.

Because there is no magic button to make things suddenly fix themselves. It takes time to investigate these issues, determine why something is acting a certain way then develop a resolution.

The Game Master Department does not determine if or when Wintergrasp will be disabled. We will let you know when we receive an update on this issue.

The Game Master Department is not responsible for realm stability or any other realm issue. That would be our Realm Technicians.
