Mammoth mounts blocking mailboxes

Hello,
I was told to post this in customer support by a blue text in bug report forums.

There are people on my server who find it funny to take their toon and their mammoth mount and sit on top of the mailboxes in the large cities. This makes it impossible to click on the mailbox and get your stuff. There are entire guilds on my server (mal' ganis) that dont have anything better to do than get a bunch of people with mammoth mounts and block all the mail boxes in cities. This is so annoying and I see many many many people in the game who are complaining about this and begging for these people to be banned or to have some kind of solution for this.

I know some people would probably say this isnt a bug, but really it is. It is a way for players in the game to BUG the mailbox into not working. I would suggest making them stand out when you press CTRL V or some other way to prevent people from bugging the mailboxes.

This is a Customer Service issue. Please report the offending players to our GMs.

What Maaven meant is that issues of this nature should be reported to our Game Master staff in-game. Those of us that are Customer Service Forum Representatives typically are not in a position to handle issues in-game, and the forum is not a means to by-pass the petition queue.

I am sorry if this has proven inconvenient at all though =(. If you have ideas regarding how we can improve the functionality of the mail and prevent issues of this nature, then you can make your ideas known on our Suggestions forum.

Finally, while it may be somewhat inconvenient, please don't forget that there are multiple mailboxes available, and another nearby mailbox may not have a huge mammoth standing over it.
