I have all the items to complete the quest. The quests own check list tells me it is completed. I have the NPC with a yellow ? over his head but when I talk to him I am unable to complete the quest as the button is 'greyed' out.

How do I complete this quest if not with all the items?

Thanks in advnace?

Hmm. I went and got all the items and the quest is still not able to be completed. I could use a little help right now.

Does look like you have everything, have you tried relogging, or resetting your UI?

I'd rather you not have to delete this quest and take it again, your Yeti fur would most likely get deleted.

I actually abandoned the quest after it would not allow me to complete it. The Yeti Fur vanished. I went and got 10 more Yeti Fur's and went back and it is still not able to complete.

I can try reloging but I decided to move down to Booty bay for another quest in the meantime. I attempt to complete my quest in Booty bay and relog then I will go back to Southshore and try again.

You aren't by chance in a raid are you?

he wouldn't have been able to get the Yeti fur if he was, Orly

True, but if he joined and left, well - we don't need to go there :)

*has bad flashbacks of forgetting about this herself*

No I am not in a raid. I am not even in a group. I finished a quest in Booty Bay no problem. I relogged and flew back to Southshore and the quest will still not complete.

I have taken a screen shot of the quest window in chat with the NPC and it shows all item in my inventroy, the quest chat window with them all in white (completed) and unable to select 'continue'.

Would you like me to link it for you?

Ok, are you running any addons? Sometimes an addon can misbehave and cause issues.

That would be my next suggestion, try resetting your UI.

If you rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders in your WoW directory and reboot your machine, that will wipe out your addons and set you all back to defaults. If you are running Vista, you want to make sure your permissions are set so it allows you to do this without putting everything back.

That would be my next suggestion :)

Ha ha ha!

I really am tired. 'Bolt of Woolen Cloth' Not 'Bolt of Linen Cloth'

Sorry for all of this. I really should not play so late at night.

Thanks for your efforts.

Zarr.

Ahhh, that would do it. I could have sworn I saw that in your inventory list, I am so sorry. I should have caught that myself.

Glad it worked out for you :)
