Weaponsmith Trainer - no available patterns

My blacksmithing is at 449, Weaponsmith with Hammersmith specialty.

Just found out a fellow guild mate has weaponsmith patterns purchased from weaponsmith trainer in Dal.

When ever I check the weaponsmith trainer, no patterns are available, only ones I can list are the unavailable ones, and nothing past level 70 stuff which I already know.

Is this a bug of some sort?
