Why am I not able to buy a Raptor mount from the Darkspear Trolls? Or a Wolf mount from the Orcs? Is this happening to everyone?

Racial restriction (as in every race can ride every mount) has been lifted.
Reputation restriction (as in you need to be exalted if you want to ride a mount from a different race) has not been lifted.
