For Laparka, you found the beacons for the Hinterlands and Feralas but only rescued the Hinterlands one.
Anarchh, you want to check out the Hinterlands.
Pandaura needs to rescue the chicken in the Hinterlands, the beacon was already found.
Smashtor, you've completed the Tanaris rescue so far.

It may be possible, Ordreasife, though the item is Bind on Equip so there is always a good chance of the request being denied. My best advice is to submit a petition and ask, the worst that can happen is your request is denied.

Zzavier, you have found the beacon in both Tanaris and Feralas but you have only completed the rescue in Feralas.

The information Vrakthris has provided is correct, Alouett. You have rescued OOX-09 and have also found OOX-17's beacon. The beacon you spotted last night belonged to OOX-17, but because you've already completed the first step, you were unable to loot it. You'll want to locate and escort OOX-17 sans the beacon, friend. :)

When I say you found the beacon, Blueberry, I mean that you found the beacon, right clicked it to start the quest and turned it in at the downed mechanical chicken.
If you had deleted the beacon or abandoned that specific quest, you would have to find the beacon again. :)
In this case, since you have already done the beacon quests for the Hinterlands and Feralas but not finished the escort you need to find the mechanical chickens in each of those locations and pick up the follow up quest from there.

Your Death Knight has none of the three, nor does your hunter. Three zones are involved in this quest, Tanaris, Feralas and The Hinterlands. Beacons are a random drop off any creature in the zone.
Once you have the beacon, you can launch the quest, rescue the chicken, and this is all turned in down in Booty Bay.
