Canceled my account today

After reviewing this current patch and the lack of support from developers and their obvious mistakes, I am left with no choice but to cancel my account. When a gaming company loses focus of its paying customers, its time for the customer to stop paying. This expansion was rushed and the patch was sloppy. When people went to the forums to complain they were banned from posting by the developers. The current state of the game itself is terrible and is not the fault of the players. It is in fact the fault of the developers who obviously did not test their changes nearly long enough or thoroughly enough.

Though I sincerely regret to learn of your concerns and grievances, I respect them. I respect your decision, as well. While I can assure you that we are doing all that we can to create a fun and creative world in which to play, should you feel as though our efforts to resolve ongoing issues are not in your best interest—and, more importantly, should you truly feel as though World of Warcraft is no longer source of enjoyment for you—perhaps it is indeed time for a break. We will continue to work hard in your absence.

I would ask of you one thing, however: That you voice your opinions on how we may improve within our Suggestions Forum. Your ideas are invaluable and we appreciate those you may willing to share with us.

I wish you the best with your future endeavors, Whitehaze. May they bring you happiness and a pleasant gaming environment. :)

We're working diligently to resolve those issues presently affecting a few elements of PvP game play, Icyslice . We understand that Wintergrasp and Arenas are a staple of enjoyment for many players and so are dedicating our full heart to their resolution.

It's important to know that these issues are temporary. I would thus encourage you to keep an eye out within General Discussion, PvP Discussion, and perhaps even herein for updates. We want to get you back to in the game as quickly as possible, my friend; our goal is nothing short of this.

Q u o t e:
He's dissatisfied w the game... What's wrong w him posting it here in of all places Customer Service? When I am unhappy about something I post if nothing other than to vent.. I don't see any harm in it. If im not mistaken cs is suppose to handle complaints... if not here than they should rename this forum.

Regrettably, Hal, those of who post herein are Game Masters, and so do not possess purview over development or issue resolution.

We do, however, often possess a supportive ear. We understand that venting is a cathartic process and are happy to simply listen for a while should one speak with a voice of reason. :)

Though I value your opinions, Privo, simply kvetching herein will not serve you wholly. Should you possess concerns with any element of our game at this point in time, please speak up within our Suggestions Forum—or, in your case, perhaps within PvP Discussion.

Disbelieve as you wish, we do appreciate feedback and will take it to heart. :)

Please keep this thread civil, folks. I applaud open discussion, not infighting.
