After being disconnected I tried to reconnect to the server and once I got back into the game I looked at my action bars were empty. Looking in my spell book all spells was gone and the only thing that remained was racial abilities. Looking at my talent points they were all back to unspent. I have no mounts, pets, nor riding skill. Looking under my skills tab on my character sheet it shows my skinning at 450, leatherworking at 442, cooking, fishing, and riding skill at 300. However none of this is usable due to the spell that goes with these that allows me to open the skill is not in my spell book any longer.
I opened a GM ticket yesterday at approx 3pm EST and by 11pm I still had no answer. After logging off due to having to work the reply I got was your typical remove your addons and delete your WTF folder. I have done these but as you can guess this does not work.
I have spent over 2k gold and even now my character is still not playable as I keep finding more things I have to buy. (I can repurchase all these skills from the vendors). I also have lost things like my mount I had the original swift night saber non armored black mount. A level 40 GM mount back when mounts had issues at the release of wow we could not mount they replaced the normal mounts with a spotted leopard and other things I had acquired over my years of wow. (Yes I can supply screen shots of these) Also in that list are all the rare patterns and pets I had farmed for over the years.
Please help.
