Greetings,

I've been trying for over a week to place an order at blizzard store for wow authenticators, and after doing the check out i always get the :

"We are unable to process your transaction at this time." line. Reading the store FAQ gives me no hints as to what may be the cause of this or why it fails, and wanted to ask if there's something i should know/do correctly to be able to order. If the site is broken or the moons are not aligned or something.

Thanks in advance.

Not that I've heard, Aramir.

Couple things you could try. First, clear your cache, cookies, temp internet files, etc. - or try using another browser. Our website has been known not to want to play nicely with Safari and Chrome.

If that fails, you could try calling our billing department as well.
