Hi, not really sure what I can do or w/e. My account was compromised 2 weeks ago and all my gear/bank/alt bank was vendored and and traded off. When i got ahold of customer service and i got my password changed and logged in I already noticed there were empty item restoration mails in my mailbox. I did let the GM know this at the time. My issue now is that I am still missing all my gold and bank items. I recieved an email with what was done in the preliminary restore and recieved an email also saying what they restored. Shortly thereafter I recieved an email saying that they think they restored everything on the preliminary restore. I am still missing all my gold and many other items that were on my character before my account was compromised. On wednesday last week i sent an email to wowcharhelp@blizzard.com saying that there are still items missing and also supplied a copy of the email with the preliminary restore. Today I talked to a GM and he said that my ticked with a specialist is closed, I have not yet recieved another email from a specialist saying they are still working on it from my email to the wowcharhelp. What can i do, where is this at????
