Notes:
- No one in our team, and from what I know any teams ever got an e-mail or any news about this tournament.
- The rules for ESL WoW is an "Error."
- There are no admins to contact with, the only admin I was told about was on IIRC? They never responded despite me risking going there, and that program is very prone to releasing my IP which many people should know how big of an issue that is as a tournament player.
Basically this tournament was a mess. Now on to how this has affected my team.

As you can see it counted as 3-0, but we did not play a single game against them on the ground that we were late. We had no idea what "late" was. There are NO RULES on this tournament to be seen. Heck, I wasn't even sure we had to play any games today! Our team needed time to set up after we even realized the tournament realm even existed. This means we had to set up 2-4 different characters to actually compete properly. We politely stated later in that chat of them contacting us that we are almost ready (this is how long it took for us to realize you could chat on that website.) We avoided contacting them in game as NO ONE knows what the rules are about this tournament, so we didn't want to risk anything. Ironically that hurted us.

They petitioned for our series to be a forfeit. Within 2 minutes of that petition (we responded in 1 minute as you can see from Fuzion my teammate) we were forfeited. Our whole team was online at 4:30PM PST, as that was the supposed tournament time after researching that entire mess of a website for WoW. The only reason we even found out about 4:30 was accidentally clicking on signing up again even though my team already signed up (website errors everywhere.) We tried contacing the admins instantly, but funny enough there is basically no way to contact them and the tourny just kept moving on.
Now our team did excellent today, and won every series, but we stand a very thin chance of making it due to this issue. I don't even know what to ask for at this point since this tournament has already gone down this way with the series counting as a loss, but please at least look at it as an issue. I also wanted the community to know about this so hopefully such a mess won't happen again. I also feel very sorry for my teammates, I believe this is one of my teammate's first tournament. Pretty bad experience = (.
