Cannot get summon succubus quest

Hi, I'm using a level 32 blood elf warlock and I wanted to get my Succubus. I went looking for the quest from Alamma in Silvermoon, he only has a silver exclamation mark above his head. I've also check in Undercity, and Orgrimmar for the quest and no ones offering to start the quest chain for me. I also don't have any of the related quests in my quest log. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks.

Do you remember seeing a quest called Carendin Summons offered from your mentor Alamma, Shadowgoat? I believe your Warlock Trainer asks you to seek Carendin Halgar of Undercity, leading you to the powers you thirst for.

When i try talking to Alamma, all he has to offer is skill training or retraining my skills. I cant even talk to Caredin Halgar.

It looks like you finished the quest line not that long ago, Shadowgoat, and you have the summon succubus spell now.
