Cancelled Paid character transfer..now banned

My friend wanted to transfer a character from one account to another today and started the process but then changed his mind and cancelled it. Now both his accounts are banned. What's going on?

Perhaps not, Moiraiine, but someone with enough accurate account information may have. Thus the ownership of the account is thrown into question. If the account is locked, not closed/banned, your friend will need to follow the instructions and verify that they are the registered user for the account.

If they did not receive an e-mail with those instructions please have him contact our Billing Department during business hours and they can send the instructions to him.
