What is the absolute Max DPS ( Cap ) can a Pure DPS class that has no class-breaking bugs put out fully raid buffed, using food, using pots and consumables, flasked and using every single raid buff that benefits them on a Raid Target dummy in a 6 minute fight?

4000?
4500?
5500?
6000?
7000?
7200?

I understand that anyone answering would be venturing an educated guess, I'd still like to hear it.

P.S. Do mages currently have any bugs or exploits or broken talents?

We don't generally publicize our target numbers because players have the tendency to use them solely as measurements of our success in designing the classes and absolve themselves of any responsibility to improve their skill or gear in order to achieve those numbers. "I can't hit 2460 dps" is not the same as "It is not possible to hit 2460 dps." It also varies wildly depending on the encounter.

Besides, a big part of the depth of the game comes from experimentation with various build, buff, class and gear combos. We don't want to take all the mystery away.
