How do I change my Secret Q/A?

How do I change or find out my secret question/answer for my WoW account? I created the account 2 years ago and no longer remember what the question was. If I knew the question I'd know what the answer is but I don't even know that much.

I'd encourage you to contact Billing & Account Services, Drakhoun. It is likely that our representatives will ask you to complete the following form:
