Poor gm service

gm's have gotten so poor at responding that they can't even address an issue with you they just send you an email saying 'this isssue does not appear to be broken' - if was working correctly then do you think that a customer would bother to report it? customer service at blizzard is at an all time low! wonder why the wait time is so long - it's because soo many things are wrong and soo many customers are upset or having issues !!!! The majority of gm's don't deserve to be working in customer service! there are a few good ones who try to help even though blizzard has limited them to just saying sorry and post it in the forums as a way of placaiting customers instead of fixing the problems! 11 million people means 11 million critics and quality assurance personel paying blizzard to help correct their errors dispite thier best efforts to dismiss customer findings!
Customer service is a term that needs to be redefined at blizzard and reiterated to the individuals responsible for interaction with the those of us who generate revenue for this company! (What ever happened to the customer is always right?)
This opinion is based soley on the customer service I have/ have not recieved in the past few months. I certainly hope blizzard can correct thier problems to make the game enjoyable and fair for all once agin.

I'm sorry that you feel that way, Eolia, but from what I could see your issues seem to have been handled correctly. If you have an issue with your interaction with a Game Master please write to [email protected].

Going over some of your past petitions it seems that in a few cases you may be confused as to what our Game Master Department does.

Your current petition is a diatribe on a Death Knight ability and how you think it is cheating that they can use it in PvP. It is not. If you would like to see changes made to the game you are welcome to post in our Suggestion Forums but our Game Masters are not here to be screamed at because you are not fond of a function of the game.

Your previous petition was about Judgment of Justice, which again, nothing is wrong with the ability. Blink is a short ranged teleport, not at all affected by this judgment.

The petition before that was completely unclear but you mentioned something to do with Immunity.

The petition before that was a generalized question/statement of how OP we can make some classes.

The petitions I mentioned were all under the category of "Report an Issue" which means you specifically requested that we don't contact you. If you wish to speak with a Game Master you'll need to use "Talk to a GM", if you are online when we respond to your petition we will be happy to speak with you.

Customer Support is doing just fine. Not providing the answer that you desire is not a failure of customer service it simply means that, in this case, we are unable to assist you or provide you with answer you'd like.

I would ask that you please review the following support article, we are always happy to look into something when you report it but with the queues so backed up it would be helpful if you could use the petitioning system only when it is an issue that our department actually can assist you with.
