The GM's never addressed my issue properly

I petitioned a GM concerning about nobody in my guild being able to see the guild log. He first assumed it was the bank log, I corrected him, and he forwarded it to a supposed technical team.

GM EDITED later emailed me, saying that he was able to see the guild bank on two of my characters.

That is not the issue. I'm talking about the promotion/demotion log. I emailed him back saying that it wasn't my isssue, and he did nothing but email me a survey.

Can I get my issue resolved PLEASE?

I just had a look at this, and it appears as though this is indeed a guild wide issue.

It seems that your guild's prior promotion and demotion logs are not currently available via the in-game client. I am investigating this further, and I thank you for your patience in the meanwhile.

Also, may I ask if you are aware of the last time your guild leader or officers promoted or demoted a player?

There's no need to be concerned, and I apologize for any distress this might have caused. We were in the process of investigating this matter further.

Thank you in turn for your patience, and I apologize for any earlier misunderstandings. Our staff were indeed under the impression that you were experiencing issues with the guild bank log, hence the response you received.

This issue, suffice to say, is considerably more unusual, though fortunately, also less likely to be problematic. All the same, we'd like to see what we can discover =).

You're quite welcome.

Some investigation into this situation has been performed, and it's possible that you may be able to re-enable the log by having every member of the guild log out for around 10 minutes.

I realize that the queues may already be starting on some realms and that this may be inconvenient. If and when you are able to do so, can you report the results here?
