Casts your Execute spell on the target, regardless of health. Can only be used while your target is affected by Mortal Strike. Consumes the Mortal Strike effect. When this ability lands the target is Marked for Death, granting the next warrior skill additional effect. 10 Second Cooldown.
Mortal Strike: Damage is increased by 30%
Overpower: Target cannot dodge for 5 seconds
Slam: Target is immobilized for 3 seconds.
Execute: Critical strike chance is increased by 100%
Shield Slam: Generates 5 stacks of Sunder Armor on the target, instantly granting threat
Revenge: Targets chance to hit is decreased by 10%
For Shield Slam and Revenge bonuses to actually be useful Execute/Sudden Death would need to be usable in Defensive stance or no point in putting them in there really. Perhaps Sudden Death could be its own skill, usable between 15-30 rage while execute still requires the target to be under 20% health.
Rend needs to proc Thirst for Blood every 5 seconds. This allows overpower to be used when you need it. If you never use it it will always be lit up.
Thirst for Blood
Allows use of your Overpower ability every 15/10/5 seconds while your Rend ability is on the target. (Ranks 1-3)
Endless Rage was something that I skipped at 70, never going past Mortal Strike in arms in favor of going deep into Fury. Now it's a single talent point along the way to bladestorm. I still think it's a less than optimal talent that need to be fleshed out more. Perhaps
Endless Rage
Increases rage generation from damage dealt by 25%. Allows 25% of normal rage generation to occur when attacking shielded targets.
A new glyph that would help in PvP, and perhaps even in PvE, seeing as gear is dripping with haste now, would be
Glyph of Slam
Reduces the cast time of your slam ability by .5 seconds but increases the cooldown by 5 seconds.
A lot of people are complaining that Slam is a DPS loss if they go over ~30% haste, this allows it to be used every other white swing without losing swing time.
