Playing WoW EU from North America.

Is it possible, assuming I have a WoW EU CD Key ?
How would I possibly be able to connect to their servers ?

Can I install the game with the CDs that came in my US account box, register an account on WoW Europe with a WoW EU CD Key, and log on EU servers from my computer ?

My bad if that doesn't seem clear. I'm trying to be as clear as possible >_>...

Also, out of curiosity, if it's possible, are there major lag issues when playing the game ?
And...will the patches be in English or French O_o'..?

You sure can, though you'll need to both establish a separate EU account from an EU CD-Key, as well as install an EU client. Please keep in mind that it is not possible to transfer items or characters between EU and US clients though!
