I bought the game for my nephew at Christmas and wanted to use the recruit a friend benefits, but I used the game box key instead of the 10-day trial key emailed from thr recruit afriend. Can I still get the benefits some how?

The owner of the intended recruit account may wish to discuss his or her options with Billing & Account Services come Monday, ßella. While I'm unable to provide any form of guarantee, this avenue is indeed available to pursue.

Good luck. :)

Q u o t e:
I sent the recruit a friend invitation but created acct with game key before i realized that i had to use the 10day trail key. Can't I have my acct and characters reset and use the recruit a friend key and restart accout but still be able to use my game key again?

Such a question is indeed best asked of our Billing & Account Services representatives, ßella. I fear the Game Master department does not possess purview over such situations. :)

If they upgraded online, and did not buy a boxed set, this functions differently, but I'm not certain how. :) They don't get the 30 days free, I think.

All new accounts receive 30 days of game time be they upgraded through a retail boxed version of the game or through the online upgrade feature. :)
