Will DKs be getting a free respec?

With such a large list of substantial nerfs and overall changes to the Death Knight class, I was curious if there was consideration for giving Death Knights a free respec in the patch?

We normally only offer respecs to classes that have some significant changes in talent locations and costs. At this point there is no plan to allow for free respecs for death knights.
