Honestly, I don't think there is anyone you could cite in the industry that ever saw this sort of population in an MMO. To say we're happy would be an understatement. Just don't ever mistake happy with complacent no matter what some may say. We're not done working toward continuing to make improvements and adding on to the game.

While you guys have a HUGE success here, with WoW. Do you, as a business take steps to not become stuck behind all the red tape that being so huge normally brings?

What I mean is, mom and pop store, make a major change? No problem, make sure the 3 employees agree, done.

Business with hundreds, even thousands of employees, millions if not billions in revenue, want to make even a SIMPLE change? Submit tickets, attend meetings, have middle management shoot it down, nothing changes?

I'm just curious what Blizzard does to not become "you're just employee #1255, why do I care what you're opinion on issue X is? Even though it's a valid concern, who are you and why do I care to talk to you?"

We go through a lot to coordinate changes, ideas, etc, but we all work very closely with each other no matter the department. We trust each other to do the best we all can, and every voice in the company is heard. I've never once encountered someone who has said my idea or that of someone else wasn't worth listening to. It doesn't mean what we share is going to occur, but ideas are often collective and an amalgamation of thoughts and ideas. We've said it many times before, we're a company of gamers and it's a great resource for us all to draw from each other.

Ever thought about getting into politics? ;) I'm not being nasty, it was a great answer in both honest and political aspects.

In high school people thought I would. I enjoy this much more. :)
