BoA items - Cross faction?

Well, any character that can receive ingame mail from one to another.

Unfortunately, there is no cross-faction mail, so the answer to this would be no.

If it was on a character you transferred, that would work.

Mail also isn't available cross-realm, so without a transfer, no.

This is something you are more than welcome to bring up on the Suggestion Forum, but I've heard of no plans for cross-faction or cross-realm email.
